black leather of footsteps
seconded by the pitter pattering
of a fist-sized machine
I am jailed by your memory
these bars of sunlight
and walls of scented smoke
and brown woods with picture frames
of evening coffee stains and cherry lipgloss
mend spaces at the back of my head
eventually, present becomes a cage
I, arrest this bird fearing fly
and longingly said to return

i like this poem so much… it takes me time to realize now to move on in my relationship with my bf right now… ang hirap mag mahal sa taong di na dapat para sa akin… maybe its about time to make my self free as in yong may FULL OF FREEDOM… im like a bird arrested in a wrong man in a wrong cage… huhuhuuhu….

fragment of elemental disposure
Configures into sympathic visions
melting to memories
Pictures hanged by cherry wood frames
and dry silk onto the walls
It embeds albums of time and
glossed fractures of torn destinies
In this cage, I spin into a coffin
and break away to glass
I, a restless bird, yearning for freedom
from the chains of tyranny
In this momentum, I confide,
in which I could never understand
Love travels in a cycle of mirage-fogged aura
It’s when the eyes of nightingales
rise onto angel wings
And the ink they write it on
Has just no story to tell
In riddle, I explain these contritions
in fallen tears of memories
But what is never to be occurred
from the sins you’ve planted

this poem is more like an oxymoron, a contrast of what is says and what it means.
thought the words used are pretty and cute, its shows a person who is hurting inside…
watch the mtv of the song, i think that explains it best… an emotion kept inside and words left unsaid…
well.. at least that what i think of it…

the title of that poem is “the question.”
